Payments & Refunds
All payments made on or through the Platform are processed by third-party payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor in addition to these Terms.
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.
We are not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or payment processor in connection with transactions on the Platform.
Privacy

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us.
By using this Platform, you waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
