My plans contain the regular foods, cuisines and gourmets you have been accustomed to consuming through your years. I do not encourage crash diets or drastic diets. The plans not only ensure that you reach your aim of weight loss but they go the extra mile to ensure that you don’t bounce back.

Fire us

I want you to fire me from my job as your nutrition and inch loss advisor at the end of 6 months. We encourage programme participants to note queries experienced during the functioning of the plan and run them by us in your free time. You will be thoroughly equipped to handle your own nutrition and fitness at the end of 6 months. You do not need to come back to me or anyone else for that matter.
